Terms of Service

OwnerDash brings together your store, advertising and website data in one dashboard. It shows profit, cash flow, inventory, orders, marketing performance, website analytics, alerts and daily reports, and it includes an AI assistant. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and in your workspace.

You can connect Shopify, Google Ads and Meta Ads. When you do, you confirm that you are allowed to share that account’s data with OwnerDash. OwnerDashonly reads this data and never makes changes in those accounts. Your use of those services is still covered by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to their APIs. You can disconnect any service at any time.

You own your data. You give OwnerDash permission to host, process and display it only so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. If your store data includes your customers’ personal information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us and for answering your customers’ privacy requests. We will help you do that.

If you install the OwnerDashtracking snippet, you may do so only on websites you own or control. You are responsible for any notice your visitors need under the law. Don’t send personal data, such as names, email addresses or phone numbers, in custom event properties.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or anyone else’s rights while using OwnerDash.
• Access accounts, workspaces or data you aren’t authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the service, or get around its security or usage limits.
• Reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
• Resell the service or use it to build a competing product.
• Upload malware, or use the AI assistant to create harmful or illegal content.

The assistant uses third-party AI models to answer questions about your data. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important figures in the dashboard and in your source systems before you rely on them. The assistant does not give financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.

Metrics such as profit, ROAS and cash-flow projections are estimates. They depend on data from your connected services and on the costs and settings you enter. OwnerDashis a decision-support tool and doesn’t replace your accounting records.

OwnerDash is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price before you are charged, and we will not charge you without your consent.

OwnerDash, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these terms apply. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

You can stop using OwnerDash at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.

OwnerDashis provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data from third-party services will be complete or accurate.

To the extent the law allows, OwnerDashwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and indemnify OwnerDash against third-party claims that come from your data, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your breach of the law.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. If you keep using OwnerDash after the changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
